  • Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance by calling 610-575-2804 or emailing [email protected]. Please do not respond to the reminder email or text that you receive, as we do NOT receive those responses. Cancelations made online through our portal are also accepted and time-stamped. Cancelations made less than 48 hours in advance, or missed appointments (“no-shows”) without any prior notice, will be subject to a fee of 50% of service cost after the second occurrence. Two missed or canceled appointments with less than 48-hour notice will result in a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your requested services prior to reserving your future appointments. Canceling within the 48 hour window or not showing up for your appointment will result in forfeit of the deposit.
  • We offer exchange or credit for any products purchased within 10 days. 
  • If you are not pleased with a service, notify us within one week and we will provide complimentary technical adjustment.
  • All services must be paid in full immediately after the service.
  • Payment Options: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards and Cash or Check. Returned checks will have an added service fee of $30 plus any bank charges. We do not accept tips on credit cards but you may tip via cash, personal check to your service provider, Venmo or PayPal.
